Bihar Election 2025: Following the BJP and JDU, the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has released its first list of candidates for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. Led by national president and Union Minister Chirag Paswan, the LJP (R) has nominated a total of 14 candidates to contest various assembly seats in Bihar.
The list includes Raju Tiwari from Govindganj, Sanjay Kumar Singh from Simri Bakhtiyarpur, Hulas Pandey from Brahmapur, and several other candidates. The party wishes all candidates well and hopes for their contribution to the overall development of Bihar. The LJP(R) believes that the NDA's double-engine government will win this election with a landslide victory.

Meanwhile, JDU has announced the names of 57 candidates in its first list, which includes several current ministers and senior leaders. The party has given tickets to former ministers like Shyam Rajak and strongman Anant Kumar Singh, who recently returned to the JDU. JDU has maintained its trust in its old and trusted leaders, indicating the party's strength in the elections. Anant Kumar Singh will contest from Mokama, while other prominent names include Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Shravan Kumar, Madan Sahni, etc.
These announcements by the LJP (Ram Vilas) and JDU have further clarified the alliance's strategy and alignment for the Bihar Assembly elections. The NDA's candidate lists have been prepared with coalition coordination and regional considerations in mind. All parties appear confident of a return to power in this election.
